Yes, Tom was the last of the 34th Avenue Party Bunch. A great neighbor, great family friend and a great sense of humor. I remember the last words Tom spoke to me. As I was going down the front stairs of the Macaluso's family home after a visit with Tom. Nearing the bottom of the stairs Tom said to me. Don't take any wooden nickels. I turned around and looked at him and I still can see his great smile in my mind to this day.
Couldn't ask for a better family to grow up next to then the Macaluco's. Sorry for missing services for both Esther N Tom. Steve N Gary my very first friends in life. Our folks friendship made our's even that much better. Thanks for all the cherished childhood memories. Your Dad is missed by many.

For many years I would be 2 pews ahead of Tom, and to be greeted by him at the 8.30 am daily Mass, with his big smile and strong handshake. My condolences to his family. May his soul Rest In Peace.

I was Tom´s Letter Carrier. Tom always asked how I was and offered the bathroom or something to drink and let me tell you during a Pandemic that was Gold. Rest In Peace
