Cathie Marie Williams

The world has lost a wonderful soul and bright light that shined upon all who knew her. Cathie Marie Williams (Heck) passed on November 9, 2023 in Corpus Christi, Texas with her two loving children, Scott and Wendy Williams by her side. She is survived by her brother Michael (Bo) Kentner and her two children.Cathie was born in Alhambra, California on July 1, 1947, daughter to the late Mary and Benjamin Heck, and grew up in Azusa, California. She graduated from Azusa High School Class of 1965 where she was Sgt. of Arms of the Pep Club and was voted Miss Pep by her classmates. She resided in Duarte, California for most of her adult life. She relocated to Texas but was always a "California girl at heart" who loved football and her beloved Forty Niners. She loved music, loved to dance, was a great story-teller and loved taking care of her animals. She also loved doing taxes and made many friends having done that for over 40 years. She was loved by so many and will be missed dearly.Funeral Services will be held at Turner & Stevens Live Oak Mortuary in Monrovia, California on Friday December 1, 2023 in the Tslo Chapel.Viewing will take place from 10am-12:30pmServices will start at 12:30pmReception to follow
