Warner was born with a mischievous smile and quick wit. He will be remembered by all his Midland classmates as a scholar and a gentleman. He will be missed by all the who has a privilege of knowing him.

Carol,
The Beemer family just found out about Warner's passing last night. We all send our condolances to you and the family. Warner and his Dad had a huge impact on the lives of the Beemer family over the many decades that Dad worked at the company. Rest in Peace, Warner.

My Dad Paul Beemer went to work for Warner's Dad shortly after getting back from the War. My Dad started as the Chemist in the Lab creating formulas for products like Henry's 208 Wet Dry Plastic Roof Cement and others. My Dad was completely loyal to the Henry Company and he and our family benefitted well from their employment. Warner Senior passed the torch to Warner Junior who had different ideas on how to grow the company and start the Henry Wine Corp offshoot. My Dad being a died in the wool outspoken critic was not all for Warner Junior's creative ideas but in the end my Dad did tell me the Wine business really became quite a success due to Warner's dedication and love of wine.
To Carol and the kids, as well as all his extended family and friends - my dearest sympathy for your loss

Warner will mostly be remembered (by me) for his funky sense of humour and fun. He was always casual and cool. Since I best knew him at Stanford, the Navy, Stanford Camp and beyond (although have in our later years lost touch) I have consistently heard of his accomplishments through our mutual friends.

Dear Carol ,
Please accept my sincere condolences to you and your family. Warner touched my life and many people's lives. There are such good memories for those of us who worked at the Henri wine group, our Bastille day lunches , our visit in Paris and
many more.
With Sally, we wish you the best recovering from your big loss. You are Warner are in our thoughts.
Sincerely,
Marcel

Warner Henry was much more of a humanist than an industrialist. He stood shoulder to shoulder with his employees rather than over them.

Warner always had a smile and good humor. Mischievous yes and danced to his own drummer. He will be remembered by his Midland classmates as a member of the "Top o'the Hill" Club.

Very thankful for his advocacy and support for music in Los Angeles. I will miss seeing him in the front row at LA Opera from the pit. Condolences.

Saddened to hear about Warner's passing. I was privileged to work at Henry Company with Warner and will always be grateful for the opportunity. He always treated me as a colleague and I have great respect for everything he accomplished in his lifetime. He was especially proud of his family and I know they will miss him very much. Rest In Peace, Warner and God Bless you and your family.
