To my brother, neices, & nephews.
Always hold a special place in your hearts for your wife and mother. Bessie was a lovely sister-in-law. Her sense of humor will always be remembered. She is in Heaven smiling down on all of you. God gave you a lot of memories that will always make you smile and have fond thoughts of her. Keep trusting in the Lord and He will be your strength. You will meet Bessie again in that great getting up morning. What a blessing to have had her around for so long. Cherish the memories and never forget her love and understanding.
Love,
Uncle Mac & Aunt Mary

Mama,
You were an angel to us on this earth and you made us who we are today. You showed us love, happiness, and gave us peace when we were children crying and hurting. When we became adults, you were there continuing to guide us. Mama, I miss you every day.

Grandma you are special
Your love knows no bounds
A room takes special warmth whenever you’re around
You think I’m special and maybe even wise
But I know that's why all grandmothers see though loving eyes
Every day with you is precious
I’m so grateful for the time
Of all the grandmothers in the world I’m thankful that you're mine

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

To Clarence, Nina, Ann, Randall, Bev, Betty, Bro, Cynthia and Bruce,
When I am gone, give what is left of me to my family. If you need to cry, cry for your brothers or sisters walking beside you. Put your arms around anyone and give then what you given to me. I want leave you with something, something better than words or sounds.
Look for me in the people I have known and loved. And if you cannot live without me, then let me live on in your eyes, your mind and acts of kindness.
You can love me most by letting hands touch hands, and letting go of loved ones that need to be free. Loves does not die, people do. So when all that is left of me is love . . . give me away.

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

I will always remember Mrs. Bessie as a sweet spirited lady with a great big smile. I use to hang out at her house with Betty Jean every weekend during the mid to late 70,s. I will always remember her smiling as she offered me food. When Betty Jean and I would leave to go somewhere together, she never failed to caution us to be careful. I will always love and respect her for her kind, caring ways.
My sympathy and prayers go out to the Noble family during this one year memorial. Betty, you know that if you need me I am always here for you. Remember: Distance does not keep us apart, it only enriches the love and memories in my heart.

To the Burney and Noble families,
As you take this time to observe one year since Ms. Bessie has passed on to glory with our Heavenly Father, I encourage you to continue the good fight of Faith and know that God has everything in control. I leave with you Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
God Bless!

To, my most wonderful/kind mother Bessie Mae(Burney)Noble. You were and will always be in my heart, mind and soul, the best mother anyone could ever have.
I remember when we used to go for rides in the country. We would just laugh and talk about everything. I remember when you used to cann fruits, vegetables, sew our beautiful dresses, sit out in the yard and watch the cars go by and most of all the family trips, we did have a lot of fun days. Mother you always thought of helping other people and that was because you were just a loving ,caring and kind hearted person. Mother i miss you like it was yesterday that you passed away. I will love you forever more. Larry miss the way you call him (Lar). He tells me all the time how great you were and he misses you dearly.
To all the kind peoples that have summited kind words to us. We
thank you so much and appreciate

To Betty, Cynthia, Dorothy and to all the Noble family. In REMEMBRANCE of your loved one Bessie Noble. As I remember her: She was a very peaceful and loving person. When we saw one another she always acted like she was glad to see me; a warm friendly person who made you feel loved. I was always glad to see her as well.
I know you all miss your mom, wife, grandmother,etc. and I know it still hurt sometimes and that you still cry but one day the pain will subside, and what you will have left are "PRECIOUS MEMORIES". I'll keep the family in prayer for God's grace and strength.

Precious memories unseen angels
Sent from somewhere to my soul
How they linger ever near me
And the secret paths unfold
Precious memories how they linger
How they ever flood my soul
In the stillness of the midnight
Precious sacred scenes unfold
Precious father loving mother
Fly across the lonely years
And the home scenes of my childhood
In fond memory appear.
Praying all your days ahead are filled with "Precious Memories" of your mother.

Betty and Cynthia,
Unfortunately we cannot have our beloved parents and loved ones forever, but isn't it a blessing to have memories that let you know that you were loved deeply and given all that your mother was able to give. Noone loves us like our mothers or gives us those things that mothers give. In the end, we can only be grateful that we recieved our abundant share of our mother's love. On behalf of the Eliza Davis family, we offer to you our love and forever hold you in prayer. We encourage you to keep "loving on" your Dad the way you both have.
