Ethel Whitman Obituary
SHREVEPORT, LA. Celebration of life service for Mrs. Ethel Whitman, 91, will be 11 a.m., Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Pleasant Hill B.C., Forbing, La. Rev. Orlando Cowthran, Sr., officiating. Interment will follow at Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m., Friday at Heavenly Gates.
Mrs. Ethel entered into eternal rest on May 17, 2015 after a brief illness.
She is survived by her son; Edwin (Hazel) Whitman, sister; Annie M. Belton, 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
