Mrs. Jacqueline ("Jackie") Sloan-Scott, age 53, died suddenly on April 18, 2014 at home in Shreveport. She was a long-time employee in the Head Start Program at Caddo Community Action Center.
Family Hour will be Friday, April 25, 2014 from 7 - 8 pm at Good Samaritan Funeral Home, 2200 Laurel Street in Shreveport; the funeral will be at 11 am on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Calvary MBC, 5823 Ledbetter Street in Shreveport. Her husband (Roy W. Scott), and her five children Audrey, Takeetha, Kaneshia, Roymygea and Omygea, and many other relatives and friends survive her.

You will dearly be missed at the Lake Life Development Summer Camp. There was always a smile and joke that we looked forward to getting from you when we got to the camp each day. I am glad I had the privilege of meeting such a caring person like you with such a beautiful smile. My heart is heavy with sorrow but gladness knowing you are with God!!! I will miss you!!
