Funeral services for Timothy Ferrier, 56, of Coushatta, LA will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, August 17, 2012 at Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Fort officiating. Interment will follow in Springville Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at the funeral home.

Timothy was born January 3, 1956 in Montgomery, LA and passed away August 14, 2012. Timothy was a wonderful husband and Lisa's best friend. He had a special love for all the children in his life and loved his family. He will be dearly missed by all those who loved and knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bryan Ferrier; sister, Jerri Himes; and brother-in-law, Steve Huckaby.

Timothy is survived by his wife of 33 years, Lisa Belcher Ferrier of Coushatta, LA; mother, Vernell Ferrier of Natchitoches, LA; two sisters, Dalene Huckaby of Natchitoches, LA and Brandi Warren of Provencal, LA; one brother, Marlon Ferrier of Campti, LA; father-in-law and mother-in-law, C.W. and Bobbi Belcher of Coushatta, LA; brother-in-law, Ken Belcher of Shreveport, LA; sister-in-law, Beth Belcher Roberson of Ruston, LA; 14 Nieces and Nephews.

Pallbearers will be Glen "Red" Ferrier, Steven Ferrier, Stan Price, Al Cannon, Terry Dirks, and Brad Roberson. Honorary pallbearers will be Victor Longlois and Troy Hoob.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Hickory Grove Baptist Church.
