John is no doubt the most intelligent human being I have ever had the pleasure to know. Just for the privilege of being John's friend has made me a better person. Everyone he knows is better for having the honor of knowing John. Thank You John for the opportunity to be your friend.

Blessings to Mr. Rocke as we will personally miss his kindness and thoughtfulness. He always shared his presence at our yearly Devonshire Detectives Thanksgiving luncheon. Every year, he would bring these plentiful trays of ribs,...so happy and always smiling. Everyone knew they were from him. A very kind, thoughtful and naturally giving person. He would just drop by and do this as a tradition. And he was apart of us. It is the simplest, tiny things that made such a big impression to us and He will be missed. But never forgotten. He'll be in our hearts always. May he rest in peace. Respectfully and in peace, Devonshire Division.

John will be remembered in our prayers. He was always so kind, not only to me as I started as a Prosecutor, but to my children when they would accompany me to the office. He was a good man and he will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.
