Chad - I just wanted to say thank you for always being such a fun, engaging, and thoughtful friend and for all of the great memories. There seems to be an endless amount of words, songs, people, and places that make me think of you and they never fail to bring a smile. You are truly one of a kind.

My heart is truly broken in half. I had the pleasure and honor to be a part of Chad's life from the moment he was born. He took all the oxygen out of a room even as an infant and toddler, and continued to fine tune that skill as he got older. While we all suffer for the loss we feel, please keep my sister Gladys uplifted in your thoughts and prayers. I love you Chad, Aunt LaLa.

My heart goes out to your family-Chad was a wonderful person..I met him in high school and being an underclassman I can say he was one of the nicest upperclassman, down to earth a person that could make any situation not seem so bad and could always make you laugh.

I keep waiting for the phone to ring and see your number come up so we can talk about the Bears or Cubs. I ALWAYS had a smile on my face after talking to you, and I'm sure I am not alone. It seems like every hour I remember something we did in high school or college, things I haven't thought about for years.
Words can't describe how much I miss you. My heart goes out to your family.
I know I will see you again someday, take care until then - Joel

I can't believe it -- so sorry to hear about your loss. Chad was my roommate for two years in Chi-town, and I never met a bigger Cubs fan. We lost touch when we both moved away from the city. He was always so friendly, caring and genuine. I, too, remember him for the Sopranos. I know where's he's at, he's got bleacher seats.

It doesn't seem possible that you're gone. I don't think I will ever see a slim jim or an episode of the sopranos and not think of you. Your smile and kind caring heart will truly be missed by all. I hope you know how many hearts you touched.
I will think of you with a smile knowing that you are with your Pops.

I met Chad a couple of years ago when he began an audit in the firm that I worked for. His face was well known in our hallways--and in MY eyes he was "one of us". He suddenly became a co-worker... and to me he became a friend.
Chad had unique quirks that were exclusively his and he could always lighten my mood with a practical joke, unusual observation, or goofy moment.
Chad was a kind, caring and thoughtful person and I am thankful for the stories that he chose to share with me.

I first met Chad in Junior High. His locker was next to mine. We didn't start as friends, but after a couple of weeks we just were. After high school, like most people, I lost track of many people I once knew. One day though, while I was living in the Quad Cities in the late '90's, I turned on my local news. They were asking opinions at the local ballpark. Sure enough, one of the people they interviewed was Chad.
I'll miss you, my friend.

I met Chad through work at the Department of Revenue. I am a sales tax attorney at the Department, and he was being introduced as a new member of the audit-tech support group. Although I did not have the opportunity to get to know Chad well, I could see that he was bright and inquisitive and had a genuine interest in doing a good professional job. He also seemed like a very nice young man.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
