JERSEYVILLE, IL - John Thomas Mundy, 59, died at 3:27 a.m., Friday, June 3, 2016, at Jersey Community Hospital in Jerseyville from complications of pneumonia. Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville, Ill., is in charge of arrangements.
