Our daughters are friends. Tom was a great guy. Sad to hear this. I can remember as if it was yesterday we would just stand and talk, sports, kids, life..in the driveway picking up kids or dropping off. Beautiful family! RIP COACH!

When I read about this I couldn't believe it. He was a great man and coach. I don't think men like him realize how influential they are to kids. He treated everyone with respect and expected only the best from you. RIP coach

So sad and surprised to read the obituaries today and find Tom there. We haven't seen him in several years, but we will always remember him as a kind neighbor, a calm presence as a baseball coach to all the kids, including girls on Graham's baseball team during the elementary years. A great smile and laugh. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and especially two children Chloe and Graham.

So sorry for your loss. Coach Vose had a very positive influence on me during my time on his teams at Lanphier. He brought me up to the varsity team as a freshman, and I spent the rest of my high school years playing for him. Praying for his entire family during this difficult time.

Coach Vose will always be remembered. He was a great man and a great role model. Coach Vose helped me and many other young men at Lanphier High School grow. He was not only a coach but he was a friend. He is one of the reasons I got into coaching and his philosophies are ones I still use today in my coaching. God Bless you coach and God speed!
