Richard Fagan Obituary

Seattle - Richard (Dick) Fagan died peacefully surrounded by love in Seattle on January 19, 2023. He was 91

He was born to Florence and Miles Fagan near Aberdeen, SD on April 18, 1931. His family moved to Mt. Vernon, where he grew up

He earned a BS from the University of Washington in 1952, and was active in Delta Upsilon fraternity.

He met Mary Lewis at UW, and they were married April 11,1953.

After college, Dick joined Sylvania as an account executive until 1970, when he started his own manufacturer's representative business in San Diego.

Following Mary's death in 1996, Dick married Leonie Barnes in Seattle in 1997. Dick and Leonie enjoyed many happy years together

His favorite pastimes were reading and visiting with friends.

Dick is survived by his wife Leonie, sister Margaret, and 4 children, 8 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

He was predeceased by his father, mother, sister, and brother.

A celebration of Dick's life will be held at a later date.
