I am truely blessed to have known Joe. At first he was just the husband of my best friend but then over time, he was my friend too. He was easy to talk to and loved to talk about his life and the family that he loved. He enjoyed the simple things in life with a sense of humor and always appreciated every "little" thing that people did for him in the last year of his life. He never complained and was so brave fighting his cancer. He taught me so much how to live life and appreciate all that we have every day. Thank you Joe, I will truely miss you. Until we meet again, may God bless your family and my best friend, Linda.

My deepest sympathy to you all of Joe's family. He was one of my very favorite patients and I was honored to have been one of his nurses for the past few years. He always made me laugh, no matter how he was feeling, and was definately the most thankful patient I have ever taken care of! I will miss him deeply. Linda, you should be so proud of yourself, you did a wonderful job taking care of him, I will miss you too!
