I worked with Dan at Ottaray Mill,a Milliken textile plant,in the mid 70's after graduating from college.I consider him a mentor and friend. I had the opportunity to visit with him in Florida a couple of times in the past few years most recently this past December. I will miss him.

We had a great time with Dan when we came to Florida. He was wonderful with Rachel and Conner. He taught us all to play Mexican Train Dominos. Great memories.

Dan was definitely the #1Jayhawk fan!! He always had a fabulous smile on his face :) Helped me on many a crossword puzzle at The Yard. He was truly a great person and I was blessed to be a part of his friendship for many years. God bless and comfort you Dot and Gretchen, he will be missed. Much love to you all.
