Still missing your presence...
The tide recedes, but leaves behind
Bright seashells on the sand.
The sun goes down but gentle warmth
Still lingers on the land.
The music stops and yet it lingers on
In sweet refrain.
For every joy that passes
Something beautiful remains

God blessed our families with a loving sister, sister-in-love, mother to her sons and countless other children. A devoted daughter, she was also a good wife to Leon and a wonderful grandmother. Dot willingly and honestly gave her best to her church and community. Even in sickness, Dot met the needs of others by listening and offering good, sensible advice to make life better and peaceful.
Thank God, her suffering is no more. Our Father in Heaven said, "Yes" to the desires of her heart. We will miss her presence.
