AIKEN, SC-- Elizabeth 'Libby' Katherine Wasden Belk, 91, of Aiken, SC, died Monday, December 25, 2017 at PruittHealth Hospice-Aiken. Born August 8, 1926 in Louisville, GA, she was the daughter of the late Tommie A. and Elizabeth K. Brown Wasden and wife of the late Roger Hudson Belk.
Mrs. Belk was an executive secretary with the Kohler Company until her retirement and a member of First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg.
Survivors include her sister, Laverne W. Dorn of Evans, GA; and nieces, Linda Owens of North Augusta, SC, Libby Ansley of Thomson, GA, Paula Titus of Myrtle Beach, SC and Terry Deutsch of Huntsville, AL. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by sister, Pauline Borders.
Cryptside services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel Mausoleum, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Joanne Hull. Visitation will follow the service at cryptside.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg, 393 East Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29302.
