Maria Doyle Ussia
WOODRUFF, SC-- Maria Doyle Ussia, 78, of Woodruff, wife of Sam James Ussia, died Friday, July 12, 2013.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Maria Cute Doyle.
Mrs. Ussia was a member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church and had been very involved in her former parish, Our Lady of the Assumption in Wayne, PA.
In addition to her husband she is survived by six children, Sharon Saulnier and Peter, Merion Station, PA; Mark Ussia and Kimberly, Rock Hill, SC; Gary Ussia, Woodruff, SC; Scott Ussia and Christina, Clearwater, FL; Linda Clark and James, Greenville, SC; and Thomas Ussia and Scott, Westchester, PA; seventeen grandchildren; a brother, Thomas Doyle, Willingboro, NJ; and a nephew, James Davies, Delaware. She was preceded in death by a sister, Catherine Froomer; and a brother, William Doyle.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at 10:00 AM at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, 2252 Woodruff Road, Simpsonville, SC. Burial will follow in Westwood Cemetery, Moore, SC.

Sam and Family,
I am sad to hear that Maria has passed away. She will always be remembered in my prayers. I will always cherish the memories I have of her with my mother Sue. Hope you are all well. God Bless
