Vic's great sense of humor, impeccable manners and that sharp, dry wit made him a real pleasure to be around. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones.

To the Sarkissian Family,
It was with great sadness I read of Vic's passing. I knew him after he returned from Vietnam and was assigned to the Public Information Office at Hunter AAF, here in Savannah. He reported (ha, ha) directly to me. He was a great and likeable guy that served his county well. Like most of us, Vic wanted to finish his time and get on with the rest of his life. We ran across each other but a few times in the ensuing years. Vic left a lasting impression not to take life so seriously that you don't enjoy it. God bless him.

My dear Uncle Vic was a true Sarkissian and lived his life in the model of my grandparents by being a loving, generous and kind soul. My mother had story after story to tell of their times together growing up, she never left out that he made
his own hand drums!( that still hang in Nana's garage!) I loved any visit I could have with him and I will truly miss my dear Uncle Vic. May God be in his presence and my mother and papa be at his side. I love you aunt Merrilou and Trey
