WAGNER, J. Victoria (Age 83) Victoria Wagner went home to see her Lord on April 14, 2021. She was born March 12, 1938, to Winslow and Estelle Kotecki in Detroit, Michigan. Victoria spent her early years in Detroit and, following her Mother's death, moved with family to Tacoma, WA, where she attended school. Upon graduating from High School, she attended WSU for two years studying police science. Victoria was married to William Freeman on April 9, 1959 and was with him until his death in 1994. She was single for ten years and then married Michael Wagner on August 4, 2005. Victoria led an active life with her sons Rob and Rick. They studied Judo in their youth, and she went to many tournaments with the boys. She worked as Co-Vice President of Community Relations for the Spokane Symphony Associates and enjoyed her work and the organization's goals. Victoria owned Custom Duplicators, which started doing cassette duplicating for the local bands in the Spokane area, then soon turned to the new inventions of CDs and DVDs and has replicated these ever since. She continued running her business right up until her death. She traveled every year down to Phoenix to be with and care for her sister Jerri who had raised her. She loved her five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and saw them as "a blessing of God." Victoria loved the out of doors and found joy in her running. She ran in 29 Bloomsday events in Spokane and enjoyed walking, biking, cross country skiing, and hiking. She also loved her personal friends, and they found her to be an excellent "listener" for them. Victoria loved her Lord and walked with him in life and death. Victoria is survived by her husband Michael, two sons, Rob Freeman of Bonnie Lake, WA, and Rick Freeman of Woodinville, WA, her niece Pamela Webb of Bryn mar, PA, her grandchildren, Janette, Marisa, Josh, Nick, and Noah, and her great-grandchildren, Stella and Cormac. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Freeman and her sisters Olive and Jerri. Services will be held Thursday, April 22, at the New Creation Fellowship Church at 3:00 PM, 1515 E. Farwell Rd., Spokane, WA.
