Nicolle Carol (Grund) Crickman (aged 45) of Spokane, WA, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012.
Nicolle, "Nikki", was born in Seattle to parents, Richard "Dick" and Carol Grund, on March 7, 1967.
Nikki graduated from Mariner High School in Everett, Washington in 1985 where she was the cheerleading captain and a Homecoming princess. She went to college at the University of Puget Sound. She had a career in flight attending with Alaska Airlines but retired early to start her family. She married Greg Crickman on December 18,1999 and gave birth to daughter, Maggie, March 23, 2001. Nicolle recently graduated from Glen Dow's school of Esthetics and was excited to begin her new career in skin care.
Nikki enjoyed spending time with her family at the Grund family's Whidbey Island cabin and her parents' Palm Desert home (La Quinta, California). Nikki often volunteered for her daughter's school and sporting activities including coaching her daughter's soccer team. Nikki had a large circle of friends with whom she spent a great amount of time laughing and celebrating life.
Nikki was a very loving, caring, spiritual, thoughtful, honest, generous, open-minded and hilarious person and she will be dearly missed!
Nicolle was preceded in death by her older brother, Kevin and survived by her husband, Greg, her daughter, Maggie, her mother, Carol Judith, her father, Richard Grund and his wife, Victory, her brother, Stacey Grund and his wife Tammy, her niece Madalyn, her nephews, Jake and Kyle, numerous cousins and loving friends.
A private memorial service was held in her honor.
