I am so so sorry that this happened to such a nice person like oscar, i met oscar when we were in college at Everest he all ways had a smile on his face and always made you laugh, i will miss seeing you and gil at the mall together. Rest in peace oscar gone but never forgotten.

I didn't see this coming, it hit me by surprise. I still can’t believe that you are no longer here and that I will no longer hear your voice like when you would answer your phone saying “Dominos pizza, may I take you order?” I didn’t even get a chance to say good-bye. My prayers go out to the Ulloa-Vargas family. Oscar was a great friend who could always make you laugh. We definitely had some great time's at school. He will always be in my heart. I miss you man!

Oscar you will be dearly missed by everyone that loves you. Being around you was always a joy. Just today pablo and I were remembering all the fun we had working together,cada cosa que se nos ocurria! You always could make me laugh thats for sure. Mi mas sentido pesame a la familia entera.Es un momento muy dificil pero Dios les dara el consuelo y fortaleza para sobrepasar esto.

My sincere sympathy and prayers go out to the Ulloa-Vargas family.
Oscar was one of my students and to see him succeed made me very proud. I am at a loss of what else to say except for that he was taken from this world way too early and may he rest in peace.

Oscar was a very charming fellow and a nice young man. Oscar always wore a ready smile. He and Gil were obviously great friends; when you saw one of them, you usually saw the other. They saw each other through their challenging time at Everest College and helped each other succeed. Oscar had the ability to lead his fellow students, and he was headed toward a great future.

Our prayers and thoughts go out to the Ulloa-Vargas family. Oscar was my classmate at Everest College. He always was smiling and never had a bad thing to say. His personality was great and i really enjoyed having him in my classes. His life was cut short but his memory will live on forever in our hearts. He truely was a remarkable person to have known. It's not good-bye Oscar but it's we will see you again......Rest in peace my friend.
