Pamela Rae Walsh CUTHBERTSON

Pamela Rae Walsh Cuthbertson (71) of Spokane, Washington passed away with her family by her side on February 15, 2022, after a brief but brave battle with lung cancer.

Pam was born in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, and moved to Spokane at an early age. Pam graduated from Central Valley High School and began raising her family. She worked in title and escrow until she moved to California in June of 1987, where she met and married Tom Cuthbertson in 1996. Pam and Tom loved working and living in California but decided to return to Spokane when they retired to be closer to family.

Pam loved her family unconditionally and her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. Pam enjoyed snow skiing, traveling, boating, yard work, and anytime she was with family and friends. Pam had a great sense of humor and lit up a room just by entering. She could make you smile and laugh just with her incredibly accurate recollection of memories.

Pam suffered a major stroke in August of 2013 and maintained a great attitude while working to regain some mobility.

Pam is survived by her husband of more than 25 years, Thomas A. Cuthbertson; her children, Susan Bahr, Heather Bahr, and Scott Bahr; stepson Thomas Cuthbertson, Jr. (Angie Smith); grandchildren, Ryan Bahr, Akashia Bahr, Thomas Cuthbertson III, Holly Ford, Brock Cuthbertson; four (soon to be five) great-grandchildren; siblings, Kathy McDaniel, John O'Grady-Walsh (Tracy), Joan Wacker (Randy), Janie Farrell (Kevin); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Walsh, Betty Walsh; three siblings, Patrick Walsh, Kellie Waterhouse, and Mark Walsh.

Pam will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

A celebration of life is planned for later this spring.
