Robert BOIES Obituary
Robert was born on April 17, 1941, in Spokane, WA to Robert and Betty Boies. He was married to Cheryl Boies and had children Brett, Jeff and Jennafer. His grandchildren were Hunter and Wyatt Boies, Ellie, Avery and Ian Friedrichsen, and Max and Saige Boies. His brother Larry Boies and wife Heather live in Sequim, WA.
Robert was a member of the Army National Guard after graduating from North Central High School. He then went to work as a painter for Don Larsen painting, working his way up to foreman on some of the most prominent buildings in Spokane as a member of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. Wanting to have his own business, he started REB Design and Decorating, focusing primarily on residential projects.
Mr. Boies was active in his church and participated in many volunteer activities throughout his life including the Gideons organization. He enjoyed spending time with his family, biking, playing racquetball, tennis, skiing and much more.
Family will be receiving friends and relatives on Wednesday, May 21, 1:00 pm, at Northview Bible Church, 13521 N. Mill Rd., Spokane, WA.

Bob loved Jesus with his whole heart. I've known Bob for 30 years and have done outreaches for the poor and needy with him. He's heard those words from Jesus, "Well done my good and faithful servant. Welcome home."
