To Jeanne's family: My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of deep loss. Jeanne began volunteering at The James in 2002; we loved her and I believe she loved the time was able to volunteer. I saw her in the hospital a few months ago and regardless of the pain that she was in, she had that bright, beautiful smile and was spreading cheer and encouragement to everyone else. She was a very special person; we will miss her.
Fondly,
Becky Dawson, Dir.

Jeanne and Dad (Wallace Nichols) shared 20 years together. They enjoyed their nine adult children and the births of a boatload of grandchildren during those years. Jeanne's commitment to the family and community were deeply anchored, and her "Unsinkable Molly Brown"-like attitude was an inspiration. My heartfelt sympathies to Wendy, Jeff, Doug and Jay and their families.

My father, Lyal Clark, coached with Clive Rush at Ohio State, and my mother, Mary Ann (Clark) Reeks, maintained contact with Jeannie throughout the years. We last saw Jeannie last October at the OSU football class of '57 reunion banquet, and I cherish my memories of her. Jeannie was always such a kind and loving soul.
