Joseph Tomczyk Obituary
Joseph P. "Rizzo" Tomczyk, Jr., 63, a lifelong Stamford resident, passed away on September 3, 2022. Joe was born in Stamford on April 20, 1959 to the late Joseph P. and Lucille Loglisci Tomczyk, Sr.
Joseph was a devoted father and grandfather. A die-hard Mike Tyson fan, he also enjoyed watching the Yankees and Giants with his loved ones. Joseph's grandkids were the light of his life and will miss him dearly. Joseph is not by our side any longer, but Forever in our hearts.
Joe is survived by his daughter, Nichole Reyes and her husband, Joe; his grandchildren, Jordan, Keith and Hayley; as well as his siblings, Mary-Jo Amato and Mark Tomczyk. Joe is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews, Anthony, Tori, Jeffrey and Michael.
Besides his parents, Joe is predeceased by his sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and John Pandone.
Family and friends may call at the Nicholas F. Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 104 Myrtle Avenue, Stamford, CT, on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM with a prayer service taking place at 3:00 PM, with Deacon Ernie Jeffers officiating. Interment will be Private.
