Robert H. Frailey, 85, of Hazle Twp. passed away Sunday at his home.
Born in Jeanesville, he was the son of the late Lewis and Minnie (Hildebrand) Frailey.
He was a drag line oiler for the 8700 for Pagnotti Enterprise. He loved to tinker with lawnmowers and cars and was always there for someone who needed help. He was looking forward to his yearly corn roast that he held for his friends and family near and far.
Preceding him in death, in addition to his parents, were his wife, the former Lavonne Peiser, in 2002; baby boy, Robert Randy; brothers, Howard, Louis and Charles Frailey; sister, Joan Palusek; and his loyal buddy, Jasper.
Surviving are his daughter, Kerri Ann Gross and husband, Robert, Hazle Twp; granddaughter, Valerie Gross and fiancé, John Bevans; great-grandchildren, Jacklyn and John Bevans, who were the pride and joy of his life; and numerous nieces and nephews.
His funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Joseph A. Moran Funeral Home, 229 W. 12th St., Hazleton, with the Rev. Rodney Murphy officiating.
Burial will be in Sky-View Memorial Park, Tamaqua.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Robert was a first cousin of mine. I hadn't seen him in many years. I remember his family living in Jeansville. Best wishes to his family.
