William Petrasek Obituary
Age 93, of Townley Hill Rd., Horseheads, NY, passed away Sat., Mar. 8, 2008. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home, 413 So. Main St., Horseheads, on Mon., Mar. 10, 2008, from 4-6:00 p.m. His service will follow at the conclusion of calling hours at 6:00 p.m. Interment will take place in Maple Grove Cemetery at the convenience of his family. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Bill with memorials to the Chemung County SPCA and Humane Society, 2435 St. Rt. 352, Elmira, NY 14903.

We will miss our friend Bill. We enjoyed our trips for groceries, appointments and just to have coffee. Many a great story was told to us by Bill and we will never forget him. Rest in peace my friend.

Bill (Willie) was our neighbor and we always enjoyed talking with him. We will miss him.
We are sorry we couldn't go to his service as our power was out. Bill would have appreciated the irony of "the hill" losing electric the same time as his service.
