To the Thorpe Family, I want to extend my deepest sympathies on the passing of Allison. We were friends and fellow classmates in high school and graduated in 1974 from NHHS. I remember Allison as a beautiful soul and person from those happy days of high school. Please know that you will be in my prayers.

To the family of Allison Thorpe,
I send my condolences to you. Allison and I graduated from NHHS in 1974. We attended ECU and many weekends traveled home to Wilmington together. I remember Allison as a fun loving, sweet, soft spoken girl. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this sad and difficult time.

Dear Wanda, family and friends, I never met Allison but I was taken by reading of her passing. For many years I have been a part time resident in Hampstead also living in Ohio. I love the low country and after reading about this beautiful woman I just wanted to send my condolences and sympathies to all of her loved ones. That our birthdays were the same day only made me feel as if I'd lost a kindred soul to me.
Please forgive me if I overstep, certainly I didn't mean to,I just wanted to send my thoughts of this beautiful girl and how it seemed to touch me.
My sincere heartfelt thoughts in your loss, I wish I would have known her...

Wanda,
I am so sorry. Allison had a loving heart of gold and so much talent and beauty, all that knew her, loved her and feel a great sadness and sense of loss. I will never forget what a beautiful being she was, and always remember the good times we had.Hang in there Wanda, remember she is at peace.
Much love,

I so loved Allison. We have been friends since we were nine years old, danced together, were freshmen roommates together at ECU,she was my maid of honor in my wedding, and we always stayed in touch through thick and thin. I will love her forever, and I am so grateful I was with her in her last two days. Your little sister will always miss you.
