What a great guy Tom was. He was such an inclusive person; no matter where he was, or who he was with. What an adorable, funny, happy, and friendly teenager he was. ❤ RIP

I worked with Tom for 30 years and feel like I know each of you. I got to hear about Tommy and Megan’s sports stories. I got to hear about all the grandkids. He was very proud of his family and their accomplishments. He will be missed. I will be unable to make to his celebration of life today but him and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

So many memories.... basketball, surfing and sailing. Growing up at WB I attended high school with Tom and we played a lot of competitive pick up basketball games together. After high school we were both lifeguards on the beach and shared some great times together. Surfing and sailing after work and we even entered the Hobie Regatta for a couple of years. We never placed but it was fun! Like so many we drifted apart over the years but I did see Tom at some Hoggard football games. Tom lived life to the fullest and he will be missed. Deepest sympathies to his family. Wishing you peace and comfort for the days ahead and loving memories to hold forever in your heart.

So sorry to hear of Tom's passing. We worked together for well over 35 years at GE. I will always remember Tom as a friend, hard worker, funny, and a man that loved his family with all his heart. I pray that god will bless the Bowker family through this very difficult time.

I grew up with the bowlers at w.b. Tom always had a quick wit and outgoing personality and man what an athlete.I remember the time we took him surfing for the first time , and I told him surfing is one of the hardest sports to learn so don t expect to much the first few times. After 2 or 3 unsuccessful attempts he caught one stood up and rode it all the way to the beach , he then got out of the water ,walked past me and said with a grin, “I you said this was a difficult sport. To this day it’s still hard to believe he did that. That was Tom cocky , self confident and he could absolutely back it up. I have such great memories of Tom and the bowker family growing up at WB . It was a very special place to grow up,very different than what you see today, and Tom was always our point man fearless, confident, and always with that snarky laugh. I’m glad we got to share the real wb together, man did we do some crazy stuff together. So RIP TOM B. You are definitely one of a kind and I know you will be shaking things up in heaven. Nick saffo
