Olivia and Emma,
I would have to agree with you that Your dad was a wonderful person who always loved life. I knew John for many years but unfortunately we had grown apart since I moved from Austin to San Angelo in the early 90's. I want you to know that John saved my life in 1988 when I called him one early morning after a serious drug binge. He came and got me and took me to the Faulkner Center and I have been clean and sober since. I had known John as a good friend since the early 70's and we went through some serious ups and downs together and I have many fond memories of our friendship. We will all miss your father. I will try to make the rememberance Sunday night but if I can't please know that I will be thinking of you and if I can ever be of help please call or write me. John I know you are in a better place!

once again, I would just like to say what an amazing man my father was, and still is. he looks down on us every day, and knows we are thinking of him. I miss him so much and think of him constantly, i just hope they have Spongeob in heaven, it truely would be heaven for him if there was Spongebob! And dad, if you can somehow read this, Bucky runs more every night, anxious, i guess. We miss our dad, and thank you all for missing him, too.

I worked with John many lifetimes ago in Houston. One of the things I most remember about him is how unfailingly he adored you.
