William Ray Sharp

1939 - 2018

SHARP, William Ray Sept. 17, 1939 -- Sept. 13, 2018 William (Bill) Ray Sharp was born in Blanco, Texas on September 17, 1939 and went to be with our Lord on September 13, 2018 at the Age of 79. He was the first-born son of Taylor Browning Sharp and Anita Irene (Triesch) Sharp. Bill had been under continued hospice care for six months prior to his passing. Bill is survived by his wife of sixteen years, Ruth Eileen Sharp of Round Rock/Pflugerville, Texas; a brother, Damon Wayne Sharp of Penrose Colorado; a sister, Madelene Sharp Myers of San Antonio, Texas; a daughter, Sandra Kay Sharp; and a granddaughter, Jennifer Neu of Round Rock Texas;. Bill was preceded in death by, Brother Fred Joe Sharp, Victoria Texas and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Bill attended school in Blanco and Austin Texas and graduated from Austin High school. He resided in Austin/Round Rock areas for most of his life and was active in marketing and selling residential real estate in the Central Texas area for 30 plus years. Bill was a beloved Christian, son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather to his entire family. A Memorial Service will be held a Mission Park Funeral Chapels - Stone Oak located at 23755 US-281, San Antonio, TX 78258 on Wednesday, September 19th, 2018 at 10AM.
