Harold Neuwirth Obituary
Salem, OR - Harold (Harry) Fredrick Neuwirth died on August 28, 2018 in Salem, Or at age 93. He was born on April 1, 1925 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and chose to enlist in the Army so he could serve his country in WWII. He was hard working, loyal, passionate and had an intellectual curiosity that rivaled the best of them. He was married and widowed twice: First to Caroline Matter of Salem Or, and then to Peggy Boyer of Ontario Or. He lived in Silverton for the majority of his life along the banks of Silver Creek. He is survived by his son Dan and his wife Trina, his daughter Nancy and her husband Tim and their kids, Eli and Peyton Stuckart . He was devoted father and grandfather and will be greatly missed. The family wishes to offer their sincere thanks to Willamette Valley Hospice for their amazing care and Staytonevents for allowing Dad's full story to be told online. There will be a memorial service Sunday September 30 at 1:00 pm at The Springs at Sunnyview in Salem where Harry lived very happily for many years. All who knew Harry are welcome to attend.
