Emery Pacetti Obituary
Emery J. Pacetti Jr., 91, St. Augustine, died December 3, 2020 at the Bailey Center for Caring. He was a native and lifelong resident of St. Augustine, son of the late Emery J. Sr. and Virginia Pacetti. Emery owned and operated Marty's Seafood Restaurant and then he became a commercial fisherman. Emery loved to hunt and fish as well as enjoying family gatherings. He was a member of the DuPont Center and Gopher Ridge Hunting Clubs.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday December 14, 2020 from 3-5 p.m. at St. Johns Family Funeral Home. Immediately following you're invited to join the family for food and fellowship at the St. Augustine Shrine Club.
Flowers are gratefully accepted or those wishing may make a contribution in his memory to Community Hospice of NE Florida.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Frankie Pacetti; sons, Dean Pacetti, Barry Pacetti, Brett Pacetti (Robin), Chris Pacetti (Tina); daughter, Kelly Westbrooke (John); and adopted daughter, Sandie Stratton, all of St. Augustine; 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
St. Johns Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

i did not know it but me and EJ were actually related we had a common great grand parents masters and pinal also one day i was selling crabs to one of his customers and he told me freddie sell them to the highest bidder then he ask me for a favor if i could get a splinter out of his finger he could not see good enough i really had so much respect for Ej but did not know we were related although my father and family grew up near ej the other day i was looking at some documents and found out that when he was 5 yars old he lived in same house with my grandparents i will always remember EJ

We will miss our visits and discussions with Mr. E.J. About the happenings at Faver Dykes. He was a very special friend to us , as well as many others he met. Our sincere condolences to Ms. Frankie and Family.

We absolutely adored EJ. He was a commercial fishing comrade and great friend. Our memories of EJ will live on with love and laughter in our hearts.

The absolute best Father in Law a man could ask for. You always knew where you stood with Boomer as he did Not sugar coat anything . He was an amazing husband, father,grandfather, and friend.
