Michael Mulligan Obituary
Michael "Mike" Mulligan, 76, of St. Augustine, FL passed away on March 16, 2021 in St. Augustine. He graduated from St. Augustine High School, class of 1962.
He worked at the Florida East Coast Railroad for over 37 years until his retirement in 2004.
He is survived by his wife, Amy and his sister Peggy McCartt (Gerry) and his three daughters Libby Parham (Jake) Alice Puckett (Nate) and Mandy Mulligan (Jason). He was a devoted and loving father and grandfather to his daughters and his grandchildren Wyland Parham, Lucy Puckett, Iris Puckett, Ben Tovey, Claire Tovey ,Gwen Tovey and Daphne Tovey. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his brother Pat Mulligan and sister-in-law Sandra Mulligan.
No service is planned at this time but a memorial service and celebration of his life will be held at a future date.

Mike, over 50 years ago we worked together at the FEC Rwy; shipping out potatoes. My brother, you, Chris R. and our boss, good ole S.D. Adams the freight agent. I never thought we could work so hard yet have so much fun. I'll never forget you typing out those waybills so fast and accurate. God Bless and so glad to see you've had a wonderful family.

I am so very sorry to hear of Mike's passing. My condolences to all the family. I have not seen Mike in a long time but I remember what a fun guy he was. Peggy and I were teen the last time I saw him.
