Thank you for all that you taught me "SLICK". I'm sry for not knowing you passed until now. All the things you taught us helped me out in ways I never could have dreamed of. Though I didn't become a carpenter. I still have a fruitful life and I tell people to this day about about you and our Carpenter Crew. We built collosol structures in job core that instilled alot of confidence in me that I teach to my children. I wish I could have seen you one more time to say thank you in person, but you probably wouldn't have remembered me all the way from 1996, so this will have to do. Thank you My Friend and may you sleep in heaven.

So saddened to hear of Gene's passing. Having lived next to Cathy and Gene for over 20 years, I could not have wished for better neighbors. Always so gentle and patient with my kids when they were young. Mr "Toolbox" , they mispronounced , always had a smile on his face. Prayers for you Cathy, one of the strongest women I know.

Cathy, Nino and Theresa,
So sorry to hear about Gene's passing. Fr. Rich mentioned it in church on Sunday, Jan 11. God bless you and your family during this tough time. Nancy "Sona" Michely

Gene had a great influence on me growing up and he was a great role model. He always took time out to encourage me and always had a positive attitude. I think this is the thing I remember most about him is his positive attitude. When ever I appeared down he would always say something that would immediately make me laugh. Gene had a great impact on the person I that I am today and he also meant a lot to our family. He was just an all around great person and he will be missed.
