May God's promise found in John 6:40, of the hope to see our loved ones again, comfort your heart and give you peace, strength, and hope in the days ahead.

I went to grad school at UMSL with Ken back in the '80s, and enjoyed a friendship with this brilliant, funny and creative soul. While we rarely saw each other, we kept in touch over the years and my family always enjoyed his thoughtful and witty Christmas cards and Facebook posts. He was as dear to my wife as he was to me, and I'm so sorry we never got together because there always seemed to be so little time in the moment, and we always thought there'd be more time in the future. Lesson learned: spend time with those you love. We'll miss you Ken; so enjoyed hearing all of the crazy stories from family, friends and co-workers at your Celebration of Life service. I smile knowing you've been released from your physical suffering, and are in a better place where you can still yank peoples' chains from the other side of the veil! And to Ken's family - I'm sorry I never got a chance to meet you all and we were unable to make it to the visitation and service because of an minor accident. We're so sorry for your loss, and grieve Ken's passing along with you. <3
