Lorraine's legacy is spread far and wide wherever SGM grads live. She was caring, compassionate, and had a gift for relating to middle school students. Lorraine's support and encouragement for budding writers is one reason that so many of her students remember her fondly. We're sorry for your loss.

Mrs Behrens was my favorite teacher and in the past years when I lived out of state I would make a point of stopping by SGM just to say hello and catch up. She was a wonderful lady and I am so very sorry for your loss. May God bless you all.

On behalf of the Cochran family, our deepest condolences. Our mother (Eileen O'Donnell) went to high school with Lorraine. Mrs Behrens taught all ten of us at SGM. We are all deeply saddened by this news. All SGM graduates I have spoken to are sad to hear the news and had wonderful things to say about Mrs Behrens.

Kelly, my deepest sympathy to you an your family! From our conversations, it sounded like your mother was a wonderful woman! I'm just sorry I did not have the opportunity to personally meet her. She has laid a great foundation of life for you! Without doubt, her influence surely is what makes you an awesome wife, mother, and compassionate friend! I know the pain you are experiencing and I am here if you need to talk and/or cry. Take Care. (Your Friend and co-worker from Coinco)
