If Roses grow in Heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for me,
Place them all in Mom G's arms and tell her they're from me.
Tell her I love and miss her, and when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for awhile.
Because remembering her is easy, I do it every day,
but there's an ache within my heart that will never go away.

As a neighbor and a friend, Marie exemplified the type of motherly love and generosity that only an angel on loan from God could share. She will be dearly missed by all of her neighbors and our prayers are with the family.
I'm personally going to miss her so much. During sad times Marie was there to console me, always opening her arms, and lending me a shoulder to cry on. I have learned so much about life thanks to Marie sharing her life story with me. She was such an amazing woman.
I'm sorry for your loss and will be praying for you.

Family gatherings were "complete" when Mom G. appeared. She enjoyed parties and baking her special upsidedown pineapple cakes, those I remember the best!! She was always smiling and had that "peace and joy" within her and was a special example to me. I love you Mom G. Jody Anderson
