Dr. Raymond Milton "Ray" Kline

Kline, Dr. Raymond Ray Milton 86, died May 31, 2015. Ray had an enthusiastic life and was blessed with a zeal for learning and discovery. He was a charter member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, was committed to his faith and led a Christ-like life of love and generosity. He spent more than 40 years as an engineering professor at Washington University. During his career, he authored several textbooks and contributed to esteemed projects including the first manned U.S. space flight. Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Marian Meyer Kline and his parents, Milton Perry Kline and Marie Jaeger Kline. He is survived by his wife, Joanne Black Kline; four children, David (Roxanne) Kline, Kathy (David) Gramlich, Sue (David) Barry, and John (Carmen) Kline; 10 grand children; and seven great grandchildren. Services: A visitation is scheduled for, June 18, 2015 at 3:30 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 5:30 p.m., at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 7380 Howdershell Road.
