Mr. Mulligan was the first printer I ever worked with decades ago when I first started working. He was kind and patient and ethical! A wonderful man and a very special family.

The photo in the obituary and beautiful tribute to Dick Mulligan I read today brought tears to my eyes but warmed the shackles of my heart! This gracious man was so very kind and a true gentleman with such style, dignity, and composure in all situations. So many times throughout my childhood and adult years, i felt so fortunate and truly blessed by Uncle Dick's presence in my life . He had a great sense of humor and an amazing love and immense pride in regard to his military service and his beautiful family. His adoration was so apparent always for those close to him. My deepest thoughts and sympathy will be with you: Anita; Suzanne, Greg, Allison, Erin, Luke; Rick, Debbie, Natalie, Elizabeth, Meghan; Aunt Joan; the Lindquist family; and, all of the Mulligan family relatives and so many friends. My heart will be right there with you offering comfort and sharing in your very special memories on Saturday and in the coming months and years. I love you all so much!

Dear Aunt Anita, Suzanne, Greg, Rick, Debbie, Allison, Erin, Luke, Natalie, Elizabeth and Meghan,
It did not really seem possible that darling Uncle Dick could have passed until I saw this loving tribute. He loved his family all so deeply and was such a great man, lion-hearted knight, and true gentleman. Uncle Dick and Aunt Anita have been so dear to me always, even passing my name on as Suzanne's middle name and she did the same with daughter Allison. I will so miss his unique chuckle which followed so many of his witty or teasing comments along with his twinkling eyes. He was so brave and handsome as a pilot and steadfast and true all of his life.
Hugs and deep loving thoughts to the Mulligans and my heart will be with you all at Mary Queen of Peace Church on Sat. morning and always. Love you all so much, Maureen
