I appreciate what a good father Woody was. I remember how proud he was when he held Michael just a few minutes after he was born, and how he would get up to "change" Matthew & get him ready for those early morning feedings. He always made time to be with Michael & Matthew, whether he was coaching Michael's baseball team, or coming to Trinity UMC to see Matthew play guitar for the Youth Praise Band. I remember trips to Brandon to visit Granny and Grandaddy, trick-or-treating on Halloween, birthday parties with MeMe and their friends, and watching the boys in Trinity's children's musicals. Woody always made sure he was available the week nights and weekends he had Michael and Matthew. I know he put them first, and worked his schedule around them. This Father's Day will be the first one he won't be spending with them since Michael was born. It will be a hard day for Michael & Matthew, but God will give them the strength to handle it; and one day they will be able to just remember all of the good times they had with their Dad.

It has been a month and 17 days since you left us. I keep trying to understand and all I can do is wish my brother was still here. Words can not describe my emptyness.

I was absolutely stunned when I heard about Woody. When I was a younger lawyer, we had a very difficult deposition together. I've had many since then but I particularly remember how remarkable it was that Woody kept his cool and acted with utmost professionalism. Many would not act in such a dignified way. Woody was a valuable member of the Mississippi Bar. You will be missed my friend.

I was one of those recipients of Woody's kindness and generousity. He not only only represented me as an attorney, he shared his love of the Lord and his faith which have given me much stength over the time I have been fortunate enough to know him. May God bless and keep this wonderful man. Thanks Woody! My life is much richer for your being in it.

My prayers go out to all his family and friends. We all lost a lot when we lost Woody. He was the best and always will be.

For most off the baseball players Woody coached, the memories from those special years are without a doubt some of the most cherished memories we'll take with us. I didn't realize it at the time, but for me, Coach Pringle and his huge heart played a major role in making those memories as special as they are today. He was sometimes a tough coach, but he knew how to get the very best out of you. Thanks to Woody for being such a gifted, talented man...thanks for the great baseball teams and thanks for the very special memories. It's inexpressible in saying how saddening this is.

Michael, our prayers are with you and your entire family.

What a sad day it is for those who were fortunate enough to have known Woody personally and for those who never had the pleasure. Woody was a gracious, giving, caring, and kind man. He gave so much to so many and never asked for anything in return. He was a Godly man who selflessly helped others when they were in need, whether it be spiritual guidance, legal guidance, or just needed a friend. His warm smile and comforting words will forever be missed. He ministered to others with a heart felt passion. His love for God was evident. I will cherish the conversations we had during my difficult hours and will treasure our friendship. I pray that he knew how much he meant to us and how honored we were to have had the pleasure of knowing him. We will forever miss our dear friend Woody.

To the Pringle Family:
The loss of someone so close is difficult to bear. We most definitely share in your grief. There are not enough words to express what Woody meant to our family, not only as our attorney but as a dear friend to us as well. Woody was truly the most compassoniate, honest, thoughtful and generous person that I have had the pleasure of knowning for the past 30 years. He was always there personally and professionally for me and my family during the trials and trivialations that life threw our way in always such a gracious manner. I will be forever greatly that the Lord sent him my way. May you take comfort in knowing that "Woody" was truly a remarkable man who touched so many lives in a loving and unselfish way. Hold on to the beautiful memories and thoughts of him in the coming days ahead to comfort you. God Bless

Words cannot express the kindness Woody displayed to our family throughout the last 15 years. It is hard to believe this wonderful generous human being has left us. There aren't many people who offer up their services in so many ways by sharing, caring and giving back like Woody. He set examples for us all through his actions.

You were truly loved by so many people that you have touched during your time with us, and will sadly be missed but not forgotten.
