Love and prayers to a wonderful family which I hold in great regard.
Though Pastor Quinn was my pastor for a relatively short time in Rock Hill, SC, I have retained the gift of life-long friendship.

Our sincere love and sympathy. We haven't seen you for so long, but spoke of you often. You were our Pastors when we were married. You were a blessing to the Smith and McClain families. We appreciated your kindness and stability while you were in Opelika. After James (Preston) became a pastor, we called on your example many times.

What a delight to see all of you today. What a beautiful family!
Wish we could have seen Charles before his homegoing. We always remember all of you with much love. You are so much a part of our course in life. Do keep in touch.

Our heartfelt sympathy to Laurie, the children and extended families. We have lost a wonderful friend in Charles whom I have known forever and my husband, Jim, met last year. Charles was my brother, Daniel's, closest friend from childhood, and Charles sister, Vera, and Laurie's sister, Dotti, have been my friends since early childhood so I almost feel like "family" too. My heart goes out to all of you. Laurie, remember, I'm right next door and you know I'll do anything I can to help you through this time of berevement. Jim and I send our thoughts and prayers that God will sustain all of you and fill the empty void left in your hearts with Charles homegoing.

In understanding sympathy and loving friendship,
