Dad you would be so happy. I just met someone from our family in South Africa. Dad you always said you could not wait for picture phones. well the technology today, even since you have been gone, i found one of the family that you loved to go visit in johanesberg. I did this bc i miss you so much. things have changed so much, but i still feel you every minute of everyday. now i am in search of family just like you were. This moment would make you so happy. I love you so very much. I still cannot believe you are gone. I still have 62 saved messages on my phone from you. Most just say, "Just called to say i love you. Talk to you later".

Martin was a dear cousin. He and I were always trying to do good things for each other, but with the great distance between us, the opportunities were rare. Yet, the balance is so much in his favor. I can recall only two meaningful things that I did for him: hosting him and his sister Renee as two young tourists in Israel, some 60 years ago, and helping him give Michael some good time on his Bar Mitzvah trip, many years later. On the other hand, he was so helpful and loving to me when I needed help - When I was a lonely visitor in the US during my military service, when I was hospitalized in Miami after a serious car accident, and when I was trying to brag to my wife that I too have a religious family.
I will always remember and love him.

I'm signing for my Father Bert Sydney Berry who passed many years back. Bert was a loyal patient to Dr Feuerman from late 60s to his death in 1978. We used to drive my dad from his retirement home in Boca to see Dr Feuerman couple times a year. My father wouldn't even consider seeing any other eye Doctor. Rest easy sir.

Dr. Feuerman, The world is a better place, because you were in it. I enjoyed watching you quietly serve others. My Dad enjoyed so many sunrises that would have otherwise been warm and dark because of an exploded truck tire. I remember him saying that he never thought that he would see clearly after that day. Dr. Feuerman. Our world was made better because of you,sir. There are times when words cannot express enough gratitude. This is one of those times. May God bless and keep you eternally in his loving care.
