Antwon Reshard Frost, Sr. 26 of Quincy, FL died Nov. 8, 2016. Funeral services will be Sat., Nov. 12, 2016 at 11:00am at Deliverance Temple in Hardaway, FL. Visitation will be from 4 to 7pm Fri., Nov. 11, 2016 at Crawford & Moultry Funeral Home, Chattahoochee FL. Crawford & Moultry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

The day I met Antwon through the Tallahassee Wolves my life changed forever. He always had a smile on his face and showed so much love. Over the past couple of years he became family. He was such a huge role model to my son and. He had such a wonderful spirit. When he sang and played the piano it was amazing. My deepest sympathies go out to the entire family. I pray with every day the pain becomes less.

**In Loving Memory of Antwon Frost**
My dad tried to sync us up for music ministry on a number of occasions till we finally were able to minister together in January 2013. I was the guest psalmist and speaker at my dad's church. First, Antwon seemed reluctant to minister with me. Then, at our sound check, I won him over. Next to daddy, I think he was the CEO of the 'Tanya Fitzgerald fan club'. LOL.
2013 was our year! We were blessed to minister together on a couple more occasions, including at my dad's homegoing services. I asked Antwon's cousin, Terry Frost to sing at my live recording in Orlando. Antwon was so happy for his cousin, and he let me know how grateful he was that I would extend such an opportunity to his cousin. He guaranteed me he would be on the front row to support both of us, and you know what, he did. The homie was on the front row, and he was so engaged throughout the entire recording. You can probably hear him singing, Hosanna from the audience. As we were finishing the last song of the night, I felt led to lead an altar call. That appeal had to have been for him because he was the only one to come forth. He wanted redemption and I witnessed him receiving it that night.
For years, daddy explained The Fitzgeralds and Frosts are family. In 2013, I experienced the love and bond our families share. We bond through adversity and suffering. Antwon and I encouraged one another throughout the year. He was really close to my dad. While my dad was in the hospital, Antwon checked up on me and his family cared for my baby sister, Tamra. The Frost family processed in with us at Bishop's homegoing service. It breaks my heart that I was not able to do the same for them today.
To the Frost family, I mourn and weep with you during such a dark hour. Still, I look forward to the day our Lord Jesus turns our mourning into dancing again!
To my beloved little brother, Antwon, I will never understand how we could lose you so tragically. But, I know you were ready and I know you were redeemed! Good night. Rest well.

Twon, you were an awesome friend, extrodinary dad, a God fearing Man, a genuine motivator, positive role model, profound athlete dedicated son, protective brother and my personal prayer partner and warrior. God blessed you with many gifts and talents. The one gift that you embraced and shared with so many people was your compassion for others and your desire to spread the love of God through your ministry. Your laughter was contagious to others and most of all your obedience to God as you exemplified the perfect model for young black fathers faced with everyday challenges of just being young, black and male.
