Heaven is a sweeter place with Macy Shuler there. It has been years since I’ve seen her but I loved her and have thought about her many times through the years. I remember attending Aenon Baptist Church with her how she had a special love for the young people. Those who knew her were blessed. I send my condolences to her family.

Macy Lee Shuler was an amazing granny. She loved all of her grandchildren whole heartedly. She was well known for her famous homemade biscuits and collard greens. I will miss watching Florida State football games with her. How we loved to cheer for the Noles. She was my swimming buddy this past summer. Which is amazing in itself because she was 92 years old. She was fearless and I loved that about her. She will forever be dear to our hearts.

Mom Shuler was a wonderful and loving person. I used to call her during a FSU football game to discuss the game, or request a favor. She was always willing to do the "favor", even during her beloved football games. Our game still brings back fond memories. We have all been blessed to know and love her.
