I enjoyed many summers in Maine with his family who called Dan Sonny because his father was Dan too. I enjoyed help him on the chicken farm and also picking blue berries. Also many trips to his family camp on half moon pond to swim and camp out. Sonny was a great man and will be missed by many.

So sorry to hear this news about Dan. He was a good neighbor and I enjoyed working with him for many years. He was a very good cook and would brings us blue berry pies from time to time. It was a blessing for us to have known him. May God look after Dan's family during this time.

I only had the pleasure of knowing Dan for a very short time but I loved to argue with him a little each time that I saw him, He was a very caring man when it came to his family and he loved Carol and was thankful for all the years, as he put it, that she put up with him. He will be missed. My thoughts an prayers go out to Carol and his children. God bless you.
