I was his receptionist for 11 years in the 80´s. I worked with his nurse Donna. He was the best boss I have ever had. Lots of laughs and a shared love for old cars.

Lindi my deepest sympathy to you and your family. So many memories I have from SAH working with Dr. Newman from 1978 when I started till he left in 1990. I remember he placed the first IABP in CCU bed 1 with Dr. Botero ( I think). I was there that day. God bless you all. RIP Dr. Newman
