J.D. WILLIAMS Obituary

WILLIAMS, J.D. age 78, of St. Petersburg, passed away Aug. 26, 2014. He was an avid golfer and fisherman. J.D. is survived by his loving wife, M. Jeanette Williams; daughter, Jacqueline Binns; 2 brothers, Eugene Williams Jr. (Katrina), and Ralph Williams (Jean); 3 sisters, Betty Williams, Barbara Bell and Norma Jean Bell; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; other relatives and friends. Visitation on Thursday, 3-5 pm, at Lawson Funeral Home, with wake services 6-7 pm at the church. Funeral services Friday, Sept. 5, 11 am, at the Christ Gospel Church, 2512 22nd Ave. S. To Jean and the Williams Family, my sympathy and prayers are with you at this of your loss and the days ahead. JD was like a brother to me and l will surely miss him. We met in 1973 when we worked at Machlett Lab. In Ct. and have maintained a close friendship through the years. He will be missed by many who loved him. Stay grounded in the Lord and remember the good times you shared with him. Be blessed
