Deepest love to you my friend, and much love, thoughts & prayers to the family. You are at peace in heaven now grilling your burgers with the Big Guy, but you will always remain with each of us in our hearts.

I was blessed to have a deep friendship with Matthew, which began at the Florida School of Addiction Studies so many years ago. His passion and profound commitment to his work were palpable, and brought out the best in everyone he touched. His face would always light up and his striking blue eyes would shine when he spoke (often!) of his beloved Debby, and their gorgeous daughters and granddaughter. My recovery (03.15.91) is richer for having shared so much with this extraordinary man. May flights of angels sing thee to thy rest...

Matthew, I always thought I could just touch base "later", now that later will never come.
You made a significant positive difference in my life. You made a difference in a lot of lives. You will be greatly missed, I loved you.

Matt you are and always will be loved and missed deeply by those who's lives you touched. You are an inspiration and someone who lead by example. Someone who was never too busy to stop and say hello or ask if everything is ok. Although you are greatly missed God needed a perfect angel so you are with him now. Love always, Sheila, Sean, Austin, Aliesha and Grandma Sheila

Matt was an important friend and character in my life while we were growing up. As so often happens, we lost track of each other in our twenties. When we reconnected 10 years or more ago it we had missed so much of each other's lives but picked our friendship right back up. It was such a pleasure to re-establish a connection not only with him but also his beautiful family. I mourn your loss with you but take comfort in knowing he had in life what he most wanted with Debbie, Christina, Tabatha and as time went by... a granddaughter.

So very sorry for your lost.
These are times you ask WHY?
Why did this happen?
Why Him? Why me? Why us?
God's will makes things Happen.
God wanted Matthew by
his side. God needs you to be strong. God sents all of us to you at this time of need.
These might not be the right answer but know our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with you and your family.

My prayers and thoughts go out to Debby and the family for their tremendous loss. I have known Matthew for about 11 years now, ever since I started working at PEMHS. I had enormous respect and thought the world of Matthew. Such a wonderful person, great smile and always went out of his way to comfort someone else greiving or going through a difficult time. Will miss him so much and can't believe this awful tragedy. May your memories of his love comfort you during these difficult times.

So sad and shocked to hear of Matt's passing. The days of the 'green room' at Andover's Little theatre are all coming back. All the musicals, choir, Chamber Singers and Jills. RIP dear friend.
Eternal rest grant unto him oh, Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him, and may the souls of the faithful departed through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

I had only recently gotten to know Matthew at work, we instantly clicked and were on the same page with quality documentation. I am so sorry we won't see his work in this area come to fruition. He touched so many lives here at work and from what I hear, was an outstanding husband and father. I wish I could've gotten to know him better...his time here was too short. God bless his family and relatives that are left behind. I am sure he is resting peacefully in heaven.

Matthew was my friend and coworker for many years. He was a person of amazing compassion and empathy, an absolutely quality human being. He always went out of his way to support the people he worked with and his clients. I can't believe that just last Friday we were all joking and laughing together and now your gone. I hope you know how much I appreciated your support, friendship, and how hard you worked for our agency. I will miss you eveyday. Thank you for always being there for me and making me laugh. And my deepest sympathy to his family whom he loved so much and spoke of so often

Dear Matthew's Family,

Since we met in
band class in 7th grade until I graduated from college, Matt and I were best friends and confidants. I have such fond memories of all the time we spent together. We all have changed and there is much water under the bridge, but that special time of our adolescence remains fresh and dear.

Matt had a wonderful imagination and a sympathetic ear. He was such a kind soul.

God's Speed,
