Nancy Roberts Obituary

ROBERTS, Nancy Q. 73, of Tampa, originally of Oriente, Cuba, passed away Friday, Feb. 15, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene S. Roberts. She is survived by her loving children, Jose E. Pujals, daughter-in-law and loving caregiver Christina Pujals and Vivian Cardenal; step-daughters, Maria Engel and Yvonne Rivera; and stepsons, Eugene Roberts Jr. and John Roberts; grandchildren, Chloe & Joey Pujals, Alexandra & Kelsey Cardenal, Alexandra & Sophia Engel, Alejandra & Javier Rivera, Stephen & Staci Roberts, Taylor Roberts; brother, Dr. Enrique Quevedo; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Nancy worked many years in banking but found her true devotion in teaching children with special needs at Ben Hill Middle School in Tampa. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 12 noon at the Boza & Roel Funeral Home located at 4730 N Armenia Ave. with interment to follow at Centro Espanol Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Hospice of the Comforter, 480 W. Central Parkway, Altamonte Springs, FL 32714.
